Hood River County School District invites parents/guardians of students to participate in a family listening session on Wednesday, Oct. 23, at Hood River Valley High School.
This meeting provides a forum for parents to learn more about our technology practices in Hood River County School District and to ask questions about the use of personal and school-issued electronic devices in our schools. We aim to foster clear communication and understanding between families and our school district regarding technology usage, digital safety, and how devices are integrated into our students' learning environments. This meeting will offer a space to address concerns, share guidelines, and discuss how we can best support students using electronic devices responsibly and effectively for their education.
As we prepare for our upcoming family listening session, we want to ensure that the discussion addresses the topics that are most important to you. To help us structure the meeting and prepare thoughtful responses, please submit any questions you have in advance through this brief survey. While we will focus on these pre-submitted questions, there will also be time during the session for additional questions. Your input is valuable in shaping the conversation, and we appreciate your participation!
